• 50% deposit is refundable until five calendar days prior to flight event, and then is non-refundable to pay for Victory’s unavoidable costs (personnel scheduling, lost flights). • Prior to flying, a Training Waiver must be read (here: https://drive.google.com/file/d/10XVNE3BsqoccQIGmYaqmnlTnIyuvKKVB/view?usp=sharing) and agreed to through the Terms & Conditions check box below. • All flight times measured via Hobbs meter from startup to shutdown. • Each flight experience (e.g., “Loose Deuce,” UPRT Intro, etc.) is a flat rate, targeting the hour figure specified but completing within .2 flight hours plus or minus. If a mission must be shortened due to client discomfort or airsickness, no refunds will be provided. If a mission is shortened or canceled due to Victory (maintenance issue) or weather, then flight time will be credited at $250 per Hobbs .1 hr reading. • Client can extend any flight experience up to an operationally safe flight time (as determined by the CFI) at additional fee of $200 per .1 hr on the Hobbs meter. • Client no-show on the scheduled day of training results in forfeiture of deposit. • S-211 checkout training and formation syllabus training is charged at an hourly rate, calculated to the nearest .1 from the Hobbs meter. • Victory will work hard to ensure you fly with your choice of CFI and jet, but can make no guarantees due to dynamic business and personnel operational considerations. Every Victory CFI is highly qualified and will provide you uncommon value in aviation training, and every Victory S-211 is a safe and high-performance machine. • Clients are invited to bring their own video recording devices (phones, GoPro). Each jet has several mounting locations in the cockpits (ball mounts). Clients can mount their own devices using these mounts, or their own (with CFI approval). Victory can also record using our own GoPro, and will usually provide the micro SD card to the client free of charge, but makes no guarantee of video success or being able to provide the micro SD card to the client. • Our jet cockpits can accommodate a wide range of body dimensions, but since they were designed for military pilot size standards, some civilian human configurations may induce potential interference with the flight controls. We welcome any flyer to visit our hangar in Denton for a “fit check” prior to signing up to fly. On flight day, it is the CFI’s sole discretion to determine safety of flight based on cockpit fit. • Victory provides flight suits, helmets, and headsets, but makes no guarantee that our equipment can comfortably accommodate the entire range of possible human configurations. Standard attire is flight suit and helmet, but optionally clients can choose to fly with “street” clothes and headsets instead. Boots or athletic shoes are best; no flip flops.
