Tom Paquin

Tom is the Founder & Leadership Instructor (non-CFI) of Victory Flight Training.  Following graduation from Embry Riddle, Tom served as an officer and F/A-18 pilot in the Marine Corps, including missions over Afghanistan after 9/11.  Tom left active duty in order to start several renewable energy companies, growing revenues from zero to $1 billion in less than 10 years. Due to his business experience, Tom is the leadership instructor at Victory Flight Training who offers unique professional development to our clients.
